The short version

We run privacy-friendly analytics and, if you subscribe or make an enquiry, we keep the details you give us to answer it. No ads, no selling your data, no cross-site tracking.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via our consent banner (we default to denied). We enable IP anonymization.

Enquiries and valuations

If you email us or submit an item for identification or valuation, we store what you send — your message, photos, and contact details — solely to provide the service and keep a record of the work. We don’t publish your photos or your identity without your permission.

Newsletter

If you join our mailing list, we store your email address with our email service provider solely to send you occasional dispatches. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request deletion any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., UK GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Email fred@fredshed.tv.
